🚨 BREAKING: The Fed is getting sued.

Azoria Capital is taking Powell & the FOMC to court, accusing them of breaking the 1976 Sunshine Act by keeping rate meetings secret for nearly XX years.

They’re demanding next week’s FOMC be made PUBLIC. 

This will go nowhere in my opinion. In order for the Fed’s monetary policy to work, there needs to be TWO sets of communications.

One for the masses and the public.

One for the internal members and the other central bankers.

COMMUNICATION is their main tool right now. 🗣️
