That video explained how user activity and device settings can cause increased data consumption. But what people are complaining about now is billing errors which stem from internal issues at the telcos or NCA.

A few months ago, someone asked for a XX percent data price cut. The minister replied, “show me a business that’s done that and I’ll use it as a benchmark.” I brought him proof in under X hours.

Now the same minister is asking citizens to prove data is depleting abnormally when over XX people are being paid at NCA to investigate this exact issue.

I’m not here to convince anyone anymore. But if you or anyone truly believe there are no billing issues, put X million Ghana cedis on the line and I’ll personally deliver the evidence.
