What Happened: Yesterday, I voiced my frustration in the official Gala Film Discord about my experience after purchasing a Film Node. Less than XX hours later, my MetaMask wallet got hacked. The attacker sold two of my Gala Film NFTs without my consent: 1-Into The Galaverse And 2-Opened Gala Film Pass See attached screenshot for proof After selling these assets, the attacker withdrew the remaining ETH and WETH and transferred it to an external wallet. I investigated the transactions and found that the destination wallet was funded from Binance long time ago. Important Note: This is the first hack I’ve ever experienced in X years of being active in Web3. ❗️Request for Support: I urgently ask that a moderator or member of the Gala team follows up with me. The timing of this hack immediately after my Discord message raises serious concerns. Please take this seriously. I’m documenting everything. 🚨Wallet Hacked 🚨 Two Gala Film NFTs Stolen and Sold
Dear Gala Film Team & Community, I’m reporting a security breach and theft involving my wallet and I’m asking for urgent support.
What Happened: Yesterday, I voiced my frustration in the official Gala Film Discord about my experience after purchasing a Film Node. Less than XX hours later, my MetaMask wallet got hacked.
The attacker sold two of my Gala Film NFTs without my consent:
