I would like to emphasize again that we are not seeking conflict or aiming to disrupt your operations. Our sole request is that you return the $XXXXXX paid to your platform a few years ago to list our project, a service you failed to deliver despite receiving the payment.

If you refund this amount within six days, we will be reasonable and will not pursue additional interest for the years that have passed. We are also willing to walk away without further engagement.

We are open to any agreements related to the refund, but we will no longer consider listing our project on your platform after this unfortunate incident.

I look forward to your prompt resolution and proposals for the refund ASAP.
