Lazy basket trading. These three don’t even swim in the same pool:
$UNH – Employer plans + Medicare Advantage + Optum services. Risks: RADV audits, MA rate setting, cyber fallout.
$MOH – Mostly Medicaid managed care. Driver = state budgets/redeterminations.
$OSCR – ACA exchanges/individual market. Driver = risk scores, RA transfers, MLR caps.

Algos see “health insurer” and smash the sell button. I’m pricing segment specific MLR trends & policy risk, not the ticker label.
