My property value should be down based on when I purchased (near peak hype 2023). It's up 25%, and I can't challenge it because similar homes in the area are selling for ~ XX% more also. 
Homes are staying on the market longer, but no-one is really budging on price. County keeps the budget surplus. It's a scam.
