4.Personality builds loyalty faster than niche.
5.Growth happens when you show up as someone, not just anyone.

Why it matters:

Everyone’s focused on going viral.
But I want to become someone they feel connected to.
If the content stopped today, the character should still linger.

That’s how you build something that actually lasts.
