I take my hat off to Hungary! Nations are sovereign and the EU has no business telling any nation to take any immigrants - just say no, like Hungary! 

In 2018, Hungary passed legislation targeting NGOs, named after George Soros, a billionaire activist accused of undermining national sovereignty by promoting mass immigration, open borders, and left-liberal agendas across Europe.

The “Stop Soros” package includes criminalising aiding illegal migration, taxing foreign-funded NGOs by 25%, barring NGO operations near borders,  and state that migration is not a human right. 

The critics conveniently “forget” that Soros openly bragged about influencing EU policy and that he has spent over $XX billion globally funding NGOs that push his vision: open borders, progressive politics, global governance.

Hungary now proposes a “Sovereignty Protection Office” which, on top of the laws from 2018, will monitor NGO funding and foreign influence, penalise foreign-backed entities that interfere in national politics and that defend constitutional identity and democratic legitimacy.
