Hi there! We understand how important this is for you. You can't currently edit the generated dubs, but we plan to launch this feature soon. Until then, you can preview, publish & delete dubbed tracks as well as manage translated titles, descriptions & subtitles via the video Languages page. More:

Also, you have the option to turn off automatic dubbing on your channel. Go to Studio on your computer > Settings > Upload defaults > Advanced settings & uncheck the Allow Automatic dubbing box. Then click save
