Absolutely not.  We don’t have anywhere near true Capitalism, which can only happen outside of the existence of government’s monopoly power of regulation.

All the problems in the healthcare industry are due to government.  It’s the monopoly power that rigs the regulations in favor of the highest bidding puppetmasters, bribers, blackmailers, etc.

Government also creates “Corporations”, which are fictitious “persons” that magically have zero accountability.
