An individual trying to recreate impact of Convoy, months to reflect on impact, trying to recreate that. And also at page XX in the sentencing (J: Blanchfield was a very short event. The judge said there's no evidence his insidious activity had effect on vulnerable population) I suppose it cuts both ways in way that case functions... but as it relates to moral blameworthiness of offender, entirely different circumstance Judge:... it's certainly a balance Granger: Probably not the greatest comparable [case] one way or another as we take position not filing cases as we didnt find anything of assistance relying on first principals and the uniqueness of this case and advancing our position on sentence.
