Five things recently helped with my sleep:

- 400mg of Magnesium Glycinate at least an hour before bed
- no caffeine X hours before bed
- no food within 4-5 hours before bed
- strength training earlier in the day ~1pm
- luxome lightweight blanket

Highly recommend a wearable to track your resting heart rate if you don't have one already. That has a significant bearing on your sleep performance.
