@vikpgrover has sent us over our LOI and we are having our attorney review it as we speak.

Having said that, @HMLATech will be pushing the future of everything that we are building here at @Legal_X_ and @mlmx_sol 

A publicly traded company was always where we wanted to be at for the simple fact that being able to list our tokens as "assets" make them have a real-world value.  Not just an "on chain" trust me bro value.  

This protects our investors.  It means, launching and facilitating new launches on the $MLMX Exchange will come with its added protections.

Our meme's will be the ONLY meme's in the crypto space that have a real-world value.  

Meme's with utility maybe?
