Proof of Compute: Cysic’s Unique Consensus Engine

At the heart of @cysic_xyz  network lies a novel consensus mechanism called Proof of Compute, a custom designed blend of Proof of Work (PoW) and Proof of Stake (PoS), tailored to meet the demands of ZK workloads.

How it works: Participants solve a computation based puzzle to qualify for a committee that proposes blocks during each epoch.

Once selected, a member’s chance of proposing blocks is directly tied to the amount of Token they’ve staked combining computational effort with economic,  commitment.

This hybrid model strikes a powerful balance: it rewards both hardware contributions and long term alignment with the network, ensuring that Cysic remains fast, secure, and decentralized.
