A fat friend told me losing weight isn't as simple as not eating + he'd lose his muscle

For pure trollz I lost XX pounds in XXX weeks to get fight club ripped and sent him this with "stop being fat".

Friends don't let friends be fats. Troll and shame them till their thin.
