I would bring up the chart to show you but I can't look at it anymore, but every time the premium to book value gets high they market dump shares in an illiquid market, knocking the share price down around 25%. They have done that twice now since December. Seems they got what they want though since no one really talks about the stock since the last time they smashed it down.
