On Omni, the Omni Liquidity Provider (OLP) is the only counterparty to user trades. Because of this, OLP captures the entirety of spread revenue instead of leaking it to third party MMs. 

A portion of OLP's revenue will be directed to the protocol, another portion to user rewards (loss refunds, spread discounts, etc.), and the remainder to OLP LPs.
