#Seahawks Derick Hall on his teammate DeMarcus Lawrence: 

"Having a guy like that who is a veteran, and he's had a lot of success, being able to come in and help not only myself, but a lot of guys in this room to help grow the pass rush tree to figure out the game a little more and make it easier is nice. We are happy to have him here, and I'm glad he's part of the team."

He also mentioned that he lost X pounds of fat and gained X pounds of muscles this offseason because of his new diet.
