Namibia Launches Upgraded Banknotes; @SafaricomPLC Tops 50mn Customers

Africa’s largest stock exchange, the @JSE_Group, is planning a shift to 24-hour trading, mirroring global giants like the @Nasdaq and @LSEplc.  In Namibia, authorities have unveiled upgraded banknotes and a new coin series, marking a significant currency redesign. Over in Kenya, Safaricom has hit a milestone crossing XX million customers, ahead of its 25th anniversary in October.
