They’re manipulating it. This kind of reporting: •Lets power speak without accountability. •Denies readers the ability to verify or question the source. •Creates a fog of speculation around matters that demand clarity. If this story is true and if the Attorney General really told a former president that he appears in files connected to one of the worst sex trafficking cases in modern history well then the public deserves transparency.
