You have no idea what your talking about, this is far above your pay grade. 
The defamation lawsuit filed by Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron against Candace Owens is currently lodged in Delaware. The complaint, Macron et al v. Owens et al, is pending in the Delaware Superior Court (Case No. N25C‑07‑194) 
So, if it moves forward, the trial would be held in that Delaware court, likely even headed for a jury trial per the filings.
Candace Owens will win without a shadow of doubt because she is XXX% covered by the U.S. Constitution 1st Amendment! The freedom of religion, the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, the right to assemble peaceably, and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances.
