There are 100s of documents in the Idaho case that have been released.

Significant autopsy results:

Xana- XX stab wounds. Most wounds were defensive. Her heart and her lung were lacerated. (Stabbed in the chest)

Ethan-His subclavian vein & artery and his  jugular vein were cut. (Upper and lower throat cut)

Maddie- Her left lung and liver were cut. (Stabbed about the chest & upper abdomen)

Kaylee-  Suffered blunt force trauma, apparent strangulation, and was stabbed more than XX times.  Her left lung and liver were lacerated & her subclavian vein & artery were cut. (Stabbed in the chest and lower throat cut)

Bryan kohberger literally massacred them, as suspected.

P.S. Their subclavian vessels were severed in some cases as opposed to their carotids because as a person slumbers,  their head is typically oriented downward, not back.
