$TSLA OBV, or On Balance Volume. A new strategy that uses OBV and compares to a smoothed avg OBV. When a crossover occurs, provided the crossover is in the bottom half of a range bound by highest and lowest OBV averages, a buy signal is created. The crossover is circled on graph of OBV at bottom.
