Stargate (the SoftBank-OpenAI partnership) does not exist - no entity, money or data centers. SoftBank’s reported $3bn-a-year in revenue “deal” with OpenAI is also vaporware - SoftBank admits they have no idea when it’ll happen or how they’ll pay for it.
