You’re right… Biden did have classified documents from earlier in his career. The difference? He self-reported them, cooperated fully, let the FBI search his home, and returned everything voluntarily.

Trump? He hid documents, refused to return them, got caught on tape bragging about having them, and then allegedly obstructed justice by trying to cover it up.

Even Trump’s own AG, Bill Barr, said the cases aren’t the same. And let’s not forget, the special counsel cleared Biden of criminal wrongdoing, saying it was likely accidental and that he cooperated. That’s not “weaponization,” that’s the DOJ doing its job based on facts and behavior.

If following the law feels like an attack, maybe take that up with the guy who kept defying it.
