@clintwfischer Can you CF your debts with at least a XX% margin? I'm buying a business that generates $2M-$3M of rev's with $50k/month net. Loan at X% on $2.5M is about $23k/month. $27k/month income after debt is paid. If you let debt paralyze you, you can miss out on huge opportunities.
