@Dig_raw21 CCS for Mk2 was approved in 2022, but funds weren’t released until 2023. This is the same HAL that delivered over XXX Su30s & XXX Dhruvs, and was recognized by the IAF for its work during Op. Sindoor

But blame HAL, not the ones delaying the engines
