Kinda left it open ended on purpose, I'm looking for the most yield I can staking where there is very very minimal protocol risk. I'd easily give up % for stability.

Example - just learned about @moonpay's yield,  and I'd take their XXX% or so over XX% in a riskier pool, even thought it's ~50% more yield.
