Lastly, I found this Vic Fangio quote very on-brand but also interesting when asked about practice intensity following a truncated offseason: 

"What's coming off a Super Bowl season have to do with it? ... You've got no better evidence than our own league. From '11 to '18, the Patriots were in five Super Bowls.
