After a big sell, leveraging RSI and MACD indicators (bottom line) I will buy slightly ITM/NTM options and tapper buy down (start light and hit heavy as price drops) and lower strike on options 1-4 weeks out. 

Start with further out dates, pull the date in as the price falls and lower the strike.
