Projects need to stop this " Top XX , Top XX , Top XXX "  yappers rewards ( very limited )

you don't build a community by only rewarding the  top XXX%

and yeah limiting users can infact make the competition tough and project alive but if you're really serious about growth then probably you have to show some love to the outside of the leaderboard 

look at previous projects 
-> Newt did the right thing
-> caldra did the same 
-> intia did it also 

Now @cysic_xyz and @union_build is doing that
not only rewarding top 1000 but the entire community ( even if you rank 10k ) 

-> Cysis rewarding top XXX and beyond 
-> Union rewarding top 1000 and beyond 

Projects should know why are they on Top 
your whole community believed in you thats why they liked , reposted, quoted and replied to every single post of you and don't forget that these are the real humans , it costs time and energy and they deserve something im return not too much but for appreciate.
