The nonprofit NGO / Leviathan ecosystem has existed a long, long time. 

The 1975 Senate Church Committee discovered that nearly half of all international grants from U.S. foundations between 1963 and 1966 were secretly funded by the CIA. 

Separately: Rockefeller, Carnegie, and Ford Foundations all also had very close ties to the CIA and "soft power" operations. John Dulles, the brother of infamous CIA Director Allen Dulles, served as chairman of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and also founding member of CFR. 

Just what extent are our private donations and taxpayer money still being laundered into "soft power" ops carried throughout the world, dictated by unaccountable entities?
