@RobinLondonUK X.  A XX% depreciated fixed asset with no impairment loss is idiotic.  Never happens
X.  Once an asset is retired, it's gone from the financial statements.  They can use it again, but not place it back on the balance sheet.
X.  They recapitalized the asset back into PPE.
