The judge pointed out that the average person likely doesn’t grasp key nuances of the case like how the organizers tried to reduce the impact on the public by moving trucks, cooperating with police, and stopping the honking. All they heard was the honking. The judge didn’t say this part—but I will: it’s an indictment of the legacy media which parroted the Trudeau government’s talking points.
