Check https://lunarcrush.ai/auth for authentication information.]  Veronica [@celestialbe1ng](/creator/twitter/celestialbe1ng) on x 114.7K followers Created: 2025-07-24 15:47:53 UTC Some of my unpopular health opinions: • tanning beds are good for you and healing • calories in calories out is mostly bs • whole foods (like PUFA) can be worse than synthetic substances (like aspirin) • exhaustive exercise is damaging • high sugar low(er) fat is the only safe way to lose weight • bloating is not normal, it never is, let’s stop normalising it • the low heart rate of runners is a stress adaptation, it’s no bueno • sugar doesn’t cause high blood sugar • red bull is better and healthier for you than most vegetables • cancer is a metabolic condition and cancer cells can be returned to healthy cells • most people shouldn’t eat huge amounts of fat (even the good saturated kind) • we are dopamine starved and serotonin-toxic, and that’s why we are sick • mental illness is a metabolic dysfunction • a lot of „anxiety” is just hypoglycaemia • nicotine is a protective substance • the most pro-metabolic supplement is being loved • meat only carnivore is as bad as veganism • coffee (with sugar) is an anti-depressant • most people don’t need more protein than 1.6g per kg of body weight • PUFA depletion + aspirin supplementation is a powerful sunscreen • estrogen isn’t the female hormone, progesterone is; estrogen dominance is behind many modern diseases • sugar and cholesterol are protective • fasting will do more harm than good in XX% of cases • cold exposure isn’t for XX% of people • our guts should be as sterile as possible, you should not be „feeding gut bacteria,” you should be killing it <3 • „healthy” morning routines (fasted cardio, no breakfast, green juice) are glorified self-harm • you probably shouldn’t have more than XXX lbs of red muscle meat per week — have more gelatine than muscle meat to balance the anti-metabolic amino acids in muscle meat (tryptophan, cysteine, methionine) • fish oil is worse than seed oils • estrogen isn’t feminine, it’s inflammatory, fibrotic, cancerous • aspirin can prevent and heal cancer • calorie restriction ages you, you should be boosting your metabolism to eat more (good) calories • a loving relationship will make you age in reverse, a bad one will age you faster than seed oils • more people should look into their liver health • PMS, PCOS, endometriosis are estrogen poisoning • supplemental thiamine, progesterone, aspirin, sugary coffee and thyroid can fix the world How many of you did I manage to piss off?
