To everyone whining about Messi not doing American media rounds — do y’all even know who Messi is?!

This man has been lowkey, private, and media-averse his entire career. He wasn’t out doing flashy interviews in Barcelona. He wasn’t jumping on talk shows after winning the World Cup. That’s just not who he is.

Now suddenly because he’s in MLS, you expect him to turn into a late-night circuit superstar and drop soundbites every week? Please. 🙄

He lets his football do the talking, like he always has. MLS doesn’t change that. Nor should it.

If you want media personalities, there’s plenty of players for that.
But if you want the GOAT, let him be the GOAT — on the field.
