MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Thursday announced that Typhoon “Emong” made landfall over the vicinity of Agno, Pangasinan.

In a post on its Facebook page, the weather bureau said the center of the eye of “Emong” made landfall at 10:40 p.m.
