Fantastic news: Israel appears to have caved on the aid and will be letting in more. An Israeli government source told Ynet they had made the decision to “bring in and accelerate the entry of aid into Gaza even more, and to pay less attention to precautionary measures." 

The measures they are referring to are supposed attempts to keep the food out of the hands of Hamas. This is due to what the source called “massive pressure” from the international community. 

If this is true, it could save many lives, though for some the damage from malnutrition will be irreversible.

This can teach us two things: 

1) Pressure on Israel works. It must continue to stop the genocide.
2) Israel was lying when it said the logjam on aid was because of the UN. It created the starvation in Gaza intentionally or it could not order to end it.
