@Adam___Williams @LivEchoLFC @TheAnfieldWrap That's long been the case. There was a point when not all clubs had secure funding in PSR eyes but we're well past that. That's largely due to most clubs now having a revolving credit facility outside of owner funding, with FSG one of the lowest on that metric.
