"Who knows what you'll get" can XXX% affect bug bounty too though: - BB hunters can still miss stuff (they are human...well not XBOW 🤪) - Program might not get attention from the best hunters. - Program might get more attention from crappy hunters (false positive reports). etc. Though I broadly agree that bug bounty is a net positive for Cybersecurity. There are certainly use-cases that make little sense for it, which is likely why HackerOne has a pentest program now (I've hacked on it).
