RSOV is basically BTC's realized cap, but fitted for smart contract platform, where there are apps like Uniswap, Aave, and staking where the L1 asset can be deposited and leveraged as a SOV 

REV has a small component inside RSOV in that fees get sent towards ETH stakers which gets counted in the RSOV metric, but its marginal compared to deposits
