With the greatest respect, I have very recently met with the top Texas regulators and they are keen for all AEV operators to launch and operate in Texas (before and after SB2807) and they know everything about Tesla and their AEV technology. Their approach is very progressive and they are working closely with all providers. Waymo has over XXXXX reported incidents with NHTSA which is part of the process. I don’t believe Tesla have any at the moment. I al not sure where you are getting your information?
