Crazy. This will dilute in short term shareholders with around 12-15%. The private placement of up to XXXXXXXXXX common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of C$0.78 per Common Share (the "Offering Price").

So some weirdo get XX million shares at XX cents and the current shareholders and new ones are soooo happy with the short term? dilution, that they jump in this company for more shares at an even higher price...? 🤡
