Trump Announces $200M Settlement With Columbia, End to DEI Policies

Trump announced a “historic agreement” with Columbia University, stating the school will pay $XXX million to the federal government for alleged legal violations, plus over $XX million to Jewish employees who were reportedly targeted. 

As part of the deal, Columbia will end its DEI policies, commit to merit-based admissions, and protect civil liberties on campus. 

Trump called the outcome a major step toward restoring fairness and accountability in higher education.
