Yes, Tedward. The Palestinians are descended from the first Christians, and from the fourth to the twelfth century, Palestine was majority Christian. About ten per cent of Palestinians are still Christian. I have written a book about the Middle Eastern Christians which can fill you in on this history if you're interested.
