The Kenya Red Cross Society, in partnership with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, on Thursday officially launched a groundbreaking study titled “In-depth Study on Inclusion and Exclusion Barriers and the Scalability of Social Protection in Kenya.” The study aims to examine findings on systemic barriers that prevent vulnerable populations such as women, persons with disabilities, pastoral communities, and informal workers, from accessing essential social protection services, particularly during times of crisis.
