@ChuckPfarrer No, it will not. Russia simply cannot pay for it with a GDP smaller than Italy. Oil and gas export is falling. Energy prices are low. Agriculture is having problems. Housing market collapsing. Interest rate to high. 

You cannot build tanks on promises alone.
