There is a minimum dwell time of X days once a security makes the list. Main point being there’s no need to post breaking news updates on days 1-4 as even if the fails were resolved on Day X it will still be on the list X days. Until we are past day X on the list any conclusions that are drawn would be speculative at best. If the fails are not resolved for X days in a row then a security may remain on the list more than five days. That becomes more interesting, although we all have observed years of tickers being on threshold list for long duration that did not have any meaningful impact on price.
