The Chowder Rule rules:

Note: The Chowder Number (CN) = Dividend yield + 5-year dividend growth rate.

Rule 1: If dividend yield > 3%, CN must be >12%.

Rule 2: If dividend yield < 3%, its CN must be > 15%.

Rule 3: If a stock is a utility, CN > X%
