what are the remedies required if Trump loses.  tariffs from IEEPA are already over $XX bil.   does admin have to refund?   what a mess. friction makes this a double whammy.  also keep an eye on the success in forming a class action lawsuit to skirt around SCOTUS dislike of universal restraints
